As a visiting family to the QCHS South Brisbane campuses, you may have the opportunity to explore the local area and the wonderful sights, experiences and services that this vibrant river city has to offer.

The School's South Brisbane campuses are nestled within a cultural hub of Brisbane, offering our School families so much to do and see within walking distance or a short bus or train ride from the School.

Whether it's a tour of the Brisbane Clock Tower, channelling your inner scientist at SparkLab, or taking in the vivid murals that line Brisbane's streets, there really is something for everyone in the family to enjoy – and many unique sights and experiences that even some Brisbane locals may not know about!

We've put together some recommendations to help our families plan exciting day trips, or just a couple of quiet, much needed hours of 'me' time.

Be sure to check the websites below for the most current information on opening hours/exhibitions and special events.
