Expression of Interest - Teacher - Robina Adolescent Day Program
An opportunity currently exists for a full-time teacher in the Adolescent Day Program (ADP) for term 4 2025 with a possibility of extension. Expressions of Interest for this position will close on Wednesday 27 August at 5:00pm.
About this position
- Full-time teacher position, five daysGuidance Officer and teacher aide
- Working with students ranging from Years 7 to 12.
- Regular state school hours and conditions apply.
- Teacher will be based on site at the Robina Hospital.
- Non-contact allocation for this position is in line with primary/special school teachers award.

An additional requirement – Vaccination against Preventable Diseases
This position requires the successful applicant to work in a hospital and health setting, which hs additional workplace requirements from Queensland Health. It is mandatory for all roles that come into direct contact with patients to provide evidence of vaccination or proof of non- susceptibility for the following preventable diseases: Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chickenpox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).
The successful applicant will be provided with official forms to be taken to their local GP for completion and boosters as required. The expectation is that staff have commenced this process before their first work day at a QCHS program. Any out-of-pocket costs are refunded to staff through QCHS reimbursement processes.
