For our Years 11 and 12
students, the Senior campuses at QCH School, Herston and Jacaranda Place offer
a range of curriculum learning areas with a focus on English, Mathematics and
Science.
Senior Campus staff
liaise closely with students' base schools to ensure base school programs and
assessment schedules are followed as closely as possible, with the appropriate
adjustments if required. Close base school partnerships ensure smooth transitions
for students engaging in various senior secondary pathways.
Close links are also
maintained with our secondary Guidance Officers and the Queensland Curriculum
and Assessment Authority, to assist in facilitating Senior Education and
Training (SET) planning and the undertaking of Vocational Education and
Training (VET) courses, and supporting the attainment of Queensland Certificate
of Education (QCE) or Queensland Certificate of Individual Achievement (QCIA).
If you would like more information about the Years 11
and 12 programs, please contact the school.
